Founded by Alexander Faribault in 1826, Faribault’s history still brims throughout the charming streets of the small Americana town. Today, Faribault boasts one of Minnesota‘s largest collections of buildings on the National Historic Register, second only to St. Paul.While it may not be among the largest or most famous Minnesota tourist cities, Faribault has plenty going for it.
