Reading some travel blogger affiliate disclosures makes me feel like they’re taking a walk of shame. Colorful western references aside, I can literally sense the shame, embarrassment, awkwardness and discomfort said travel bloggers experience in trying to convey that they make money if readers click on links to buy stuff. Or at least, the bloggers make a tiny commission. But don’t worry; not a lot of money. Goodness gracious; making a lot of money for selling something would be despicable, right? Embarrassing. Nobody likes bloggers who make big money. Nope. Your readers feel good, knowing you earn teeny weeny commissions
