Uncle Sam Was A QuahogIn the shadows of the afternoon sun, a sun Quahog shell rests on a rock near Point Judith Lighthouse in Narragansett, RI

We know that Yankee Doodle went to London on a pony named 'Macaroni'. Well, Uncle Sam presented a Quahog shell at Point Judith. This was in total respect to the Rhode Island State Shell, we are certain. Finding a rhyme for "Mercenaria mercenaria" we find difficult, however.

The follow-up was to leave a fireworks display that considered our canine friends. It is a quiet "Pop!" that all might appreciate.
