World Mental Health Day is a day designed to raise awareness for mental

health issues and “help people feel hopeful by empowering them to take

action and create lasting change.” 2020 has been a year of increased stress

and anxiety for many due to the impact of the coronavirus on socializing,

working, and finances. During difficult times, it’s important to be

intentional about focusing on activities and practices that positively

impact your mental health. Today we’re sharing three ways to observe Mental
