If you believe as I do, that reciprocal relationships are the new business currency, then social engagement is how you nurture those affairs. Until recently however, the process of engaging and building business relationships with people on Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and other social platforms has been a disconnected experience often leaving one feeling like they’re in a series of speed dating rounds.
